I got an emergency appointment for my ill son straight away and the nurse was very helpful and caring when we got to the surgery.

Always able to get appointment close to when I need it. When I go to the appointment feel like I am listened to and my concerns are taken seriously. The doctor on the phone scenario is not that great much better to come in.
